These cookies are easy to make, and the Golden Milk Powder adds such a comforting flavor to this delicate, delicious treat. I have turned them into ice cream sandwiches for an upcoming party.
Just place a slightly softened scoop of the ice cream flavor of your choice on one cookie, place the next cookie on top, press gently and put in freezer.
I rolled one of the sandwiches in the Golden Milk Powder, that was a nice touch. It did make for a potent experience, but it was worth it! #Dontfeartheedible

cup dark brown sugar

tablespoons Golden Milk Powder, Delta-9 or CBD
- 2
large eggs

tablespoon vanilla

Method
- Heat oven to 340. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, sugars, and Golden Milk Powder. Beat until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and blend. Fold in the flour and salt. Add the chips and stir to distribute evenly.
- Using an ice cream scoop or spoon place the cookies, three inches apart, on the parchment covered pans. Press cookies gently.
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, the edges should be light golden brown, the center should not be dry. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing them from sheet pans.
