Gilded Granola, one way or the other
This is my go-to granola for hiking and smoothie bowls, two important parts of my week. It’s both chewy and crunchy, and if you let it sit awhile before breaking into pieces you get lots of clusters that are awesome. You can customize the ingredients to suit your palate, this is a very healthy blend, you can be proud to start your day this way. Sometimes I melt chocolate and pour it over the clusters. Very tasty. You get to decide whether you are going with CBD or Delta-9 Golden Milk Powder, hard choice to make. Remember, if you go with the Delta-9 you are not allowed to operate heavy machinery! #Dontfeartheedible

cups rolled oats

cup peanuts
- 0.33
cup pecans
- 0.33
cup almonds
- 0.25
cup sunflower seeds
- 0.33
cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4
tablespoons dried cherries
- 4
tablespoons flax seeds
- 2
tablespoons Golden Milk Powder, Delta-9 or CBD
- 3
tablespoons coconut oil
- 3
tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1.5
cups rolled oats
- 0.33
cup peanuts
- 0.33

Method
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place the granola on a parchment covered sheet pan.
- Bake the granola for 10 minutes. Remove the pan and toss the granola.
- Press the granola onto the pan using a spatula and return to the oven for 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool before breaking into clusters.
