Halloween is for grown-ups too. I think it keeps us young. For one night you get to be whoever you want, a pirate, a ghost, a republican, or just yourself with a little sparkle. You can even be pretty darn high, as long as you are smart about it. No driving, no heavy machinery. Just laughs, costumes, and the good kind of spooky.
At Laurie and MaryJane we like our parties with food that looks silly on the table, tastes amazing, and carries a little cannabis magic. But we keep things mellow. Each serving is about 2 mg THC or less. That way you can grab a handful of bones, a popcorn ball, and a slice of brownie without ending up haunted for the wrong reasons. Bliss Berry, a 1:1 strain from our friends at East Fork Cultivars, is perfect here. Fruity, tropical, balanced, it smells like a good time.
When you lay it all out, bones on brownies, mug cakes stacked, corn balls rolling across the platter, you will know you have nailed it. It is playful, spooky, and easy. Best of all, everyone gets to enjoy more than one without feeling like they have flown straight into the moon.
So dress up, light some candles, and put on Monster Mash. Keep the dosing light, the snacks silly, and the laughter loud. That is how you throw the best Halloween party on the block.
Dem Canna-Bones
