“Powered by Sunlight,” Aphria is a pharmaceutical-grade cannabis production company. Grown naturally in greenhouses in Canada, Aphria’s products include flower, oils, gelcaps, and oral sprays, with all of the flower strains named after Canadian lakes.
The company offers what it calls “the Aphria advantage,” which is personalized assistance for cannabis medical patients looking to register with their service and find the best products for them.
In December 2020, Aphira combined with Tilray to create what was referred to at the time as “the largest global cannabis company.”
According to a press release at the time, the combined company will have a complete portfolio of branded Cannabis 2.0 products in Canada, and will be well positioned to pursue growth opportunities in Europe.
