Founded in 2013, Norml advocates for “the responsible use of marijuana by adults” and serves to “advocate for consumers to assure they have access to high-quality marijuana” under safe and affordable conditions. Norml’s website serves as an educational knowledge base on marijuana legalization and its Facebook, Twitter Linkedin and Instagram channels are highly active in their support for the cause. NORML’s legal committee, NLC, is composed of attorneys offering continuing legal education on the matter. The organization encourages donations, and for its user to join local US NORML chapters and help take action.
