We are looking for a medical writer/researcher to join the content department, and help us enrich our budding medical cannabis site. The ideal candidate will be an experienced researcher with natural curiosity and an eye for detail, who’s interested in digging into the medical cannabis space.
The role is flexible – either from our Herzliya office or from home.
Extract data from biomedical publications on medical conditions related to cannabis, the cannabis plant, the endocannabinoid system, etc.
Present academic biomedical literature in an appealing simplified manner.
Develop relationships with researchers in the medical cannabis space.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures affecting the medical cannabis industry.
Review medical content for medical cannabis publisher site
Bachelor’s degree in the sciences
Research/publication experience – researching previously published work and databases (not lab research)
Education or experience publishing – a plus
Scientific and numeracy proficiency
Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical outlook
Happy working alone and in a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Digital native, especially with scientific databases
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to identify opportunities and develop relationships with advertising customers.
This role presents an opportunity to really get to know the cannabis industry. It entails daily collaboration with the big players in the industry, including leading sites and advertisers, through managing existing accounts.
This position will entail travel.
At least 3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
Native English level – written and spoken – a must
Foreign languages – a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BA (MBA/Masters preferred)
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, marketing)
Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and identifying opportunities
Be self-motivated, and work independently
Have strong time management and organizational skills
Strong written communication skills
Work smoothly across multiple interfaces
