{"id":36585,"date":"2020-06-16T17:27:59","date_gmt":"2020-06-16T17:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cannigma.com\/?p=36585"},"modified":"2021-08-22T08:33:33","modified_gmt":"2021-08-22T08:33:33","slug":"mas-thc-no-significa-que-te-pongas-mas-drogado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cannigma.com\/es\/investigacion\/mas-thc-no-significa-que-te-pongas-mas-drogado\/","title":{"rendered":"Seg\u00fan un estudio, m\u00e1s THC no significa que te pongas m\u00e1s drogado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los concentrados de cannabis con alto contenido de THC aumentan los niveles de THC en la sangre m\u00e1s que fumar la flor de cannabis, pero no producen necesariamente un \u201csubid\u00f3n\u201c m\u00e1s fuerte, seg\u00fan un nuevo estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamapsychiatry\/article-abstract\/2767219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">estudio<\/a> descubri\u00f3 que el uso de concentrados produjo niveles significativamente m\u00e1s altos de THC en el plasma sangu\u00edneo, aunque los participantes que consumieron flor de cannabis y los que consumieron concentrados de cannabis \u201cmostraron patrones neuroconductuales similares tras el consumo agudo de cannabis\u201c. Una serie de medidas de deterioro a corto plazo no cambi\u00f3 con la potencia del cannabis consumido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los investigadores conjeturan que esto puede deberse a que los consumidores de concentrados tienen una mayor tolerancia a los efectos del THC, o a que \u201clos receptores cannabinoides pueden saturarse de THC\u201c cuando se consumen en niveles m\u00e1s altos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el estudio, publicado en JAMA Psychiatry, se encuest\u00f3 a 121 consumidores de flores y concentrados de cannabis a los que se les indic\u00f3 aleatoriamente que compraran y consumieran productos con m\u00e1s y menos THC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el estudio participaron 55 consumidores de flores y 66 de concentrados de entre 21 y 70 a\u00f1os, que hab\u00edan consumido cannabis cuatro veces en el \u00faltimo mes, que no consum\u00edan tabaco a diario y que hab\u00edan consumido anteriormente concentrados sin reacciones adversas, entre otros criterios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compre-3-gramos-y-vuelva-en-5-d-as\"><strong>Compre 3 gramos y vuelva en 5 d\u00edas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A los sujetos de la prueba de flores se les indic\u00f3 que compraran 3 gramos de una cepa con un 16% de THC o una cepa con un 24% de THC, mientras que a los participantes de concentrado se les asign\u00f3 al azar la compra de 1 gramo de concentrado con un 70% o un 90% de THC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La normativa federal de Estados Unidos proh\u00edbe a los investigadores proporcionar a los sujetos de la investigaci\u00f3n cualquier tipo de cannabis que no sea producido por una \u00fanica granja de la Universidad de Mississippi, que muchos investigadores han criticado por ser \u201cbasura, poco adecuada para los ensayos cl\u00ednicos\u201c, con niveles de THC muy inferiores a los que se pueden conseguir f\u00e1cilmente en el mercado legal -e ilegal- del cannabis. Algunos investigadores han optado por eludir esa norma indicando a los participantes que compren su propio cannabis en dispensarios legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre la evaluaci\u00f3n de referencia y la sesi\u00f3n experimental, los participantes dispusieron de un periodo de cinco d\u00edas para \u201cfamiliarizarse con su cannabis de estudio\u201c. El d\u00eda del experimento, los participantes consumieron el cannabis en su casa con su m\u00e9todo de consumo preferido, y luego fueron evaluados en un laboratorio m\u00f3vil enviado para comprobar su intoxicaci\u00f3n a corto plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-relaci-n-entre-la-potencia-y-el-deterioro\"><strong>La relaci\u00f3n entre la potencia y el deterioro<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El estudio pretend\u00eda responder a tres preguntas principales: c\u00f3mo se asocia el consumo a corto plazo de flores y concentrados de cannabis con los niveles plasm\u00e1ticos de THC, la intoxicaci\u00f3n subjetiva y el estado de \u00e1nimo, el rendimiento cognitivo y el equilibrio, si estas asociaciones difieren entre los consumidores de flores y concentrados, y si estas asociaciones difieren en relaci\u00f3n con la potencia del THC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La intoxicaci\u00f3n por cannabis se midi\u00f3 utilizando la escala de efectos de la marihuana del Inventario del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de Adicciones de 12 \u00edtems, as\u00ed como seg\u00fan una escala de intoxicaci\u00f3n por cannabis de tres \u00edtems que calificaba tres sensaciones: drogado mentalmente, drogado f\u00edsicamente y sensaci\u00f3n de subid\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se les pidi\u00f3 que completaran cuatro tareas cognitivas, incluyendo tres tareas separadas relacionadas con la memoria y una prueba de \u201cequilibrio silencioso de pie\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los consumidores de concentrados \u201cinformaron de un consumo actual m\u00e1s frecuente de concentrados y mostraron mayores niveles de THC y metabolitos en sangre en la l\u00ednea de base\u201c.
