Das Inhalieren oder Einnehmen von Cannabis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2584875\/\">senkt den Blutdruck<\/a>, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass sich Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und -kapillaren ausdehnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn sich Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und -Kapillaren ausdehnen, hat das zur Folge, dass mehr Blut um die Augen herum str\u00f6men kann, was sie rot erscheinen l\u00e4sst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allgemein gilt, dass die Augen sich fortlaufend st\u00e4rker r\u00f6ten, desto mehr Cannabis konsumiert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Es ist nicht der Rauch<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THC ist das <a href=\"https:\/\/cannigma.com\/de\/pflanze\/cannabinoide-und-ihre-wirkung\/\">Cannabinoid<\/a>, das daf\u00fcr verantwortlich ist, dass Konsumenten sich \u201chigh\u201d f\u00fchlen. Gleichzeitig weiten sich durch das THC die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe und die Augen werden rot.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cannigma.com\/products\/how-to-choose-a-high-cbd-cannabis-strain\/\">Cannabissorten mit einem geringen THC-Gehalt<\/a> verursachen kaum rote Augen, w\u00e4hrend Sorten mit einem sehr hohen THC-Gehalt zu einer bemerkbaren R\u00f6tung der Augen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein h\u00e4ufiges Missverst\u00e4ndnis ist, dass die roten Augen durch den Cannabisrauch entstehen. Das dem nicht so ist, l\u00e4sst sich einfach dadurch beweisen, dass sich die Augen ebenso rot f\u00e4rben, wenn man Cannabis isst (sog. Cannabis Lebensmittel oder engl. <a href=\"https:\/\/cannigma.com\/de\/anwendung\/die-vielen-arten-cannabis-zu-konsumieren\/\">Edibles<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wichtig zu bemerken ist, dass es zwar nicht der Cannabisrauch ist, der die roten Augen verursacht, es aber dennoch Personen gibt, die anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Rauch-Allergien sind. Bei diesen Personen k\u00f6nnen rote gereizte Augen auch durch Tabakrauch, Luftverschmutzung und \u00e4hnliches entstehen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cannabis zu essen kann eine gute Alternative f\u00fcr Personen sein, die unter einer Rauchallergie leiden. So entstehen keine Irritationen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie lange bleiben die Augen rot?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Amerikanische Akademie f\u00fcr Augenheilkunde schrieb in einem <a href=\"https:\/\/intraocular\">Bericht<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cStudien aus den Jahren 1970 bis 1980 zeigten einen messbaren Anstieg des Augendrucks f\u00fcr drei bis vier Stunden nachdem Cannabis geraucht oder THC eingenommen worden ist.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basierend auf diesem Bericht, sollten die roten Augen nicht l\u00e4nger als 4 Stunden andauern. Dennoch ist bekannt, dass die psychoaktiven Effekte bei der Aufnahme von Cannabis durch die Nahrung bis zu sechs Stunden oder l\u00e4nger anhalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demzufolge ist es m\u00f6glich, dass die Augen auch f\u00fcr mehr als vier Stunden leicht ger\u00f6tet bleiben, wenn Sie Cannabis gegessen haben oder Ihre Augen sensibel sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie k\u00f6nnen Sie die R\u00f6tung der Augen reduzieren?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einige Ma\u00dfnahmen k\u00f6nnen helfen die R\u00f6tung der Augen zu reduzieren, bevor sie auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise verblassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verwenden Sie Cannabis mit einem geringeren THC-Gehalt bzw. weniger Cannabis<\/li><li>Trinken Sie viel, um Trockenheit vorzubeugen.<\/li><li>Testen sie Augentropfen gegen trockene\/rote Augen aus der Apotheke.
